To create, document, and train of new marketing process for pipeline generation.
The ideal candidate will have a solid A/B+ grade point average as a Junior/Senior seeking a Bachelor’s degree. The candidate must have a study concentration in marketing, business, project, or computer. This is a part-time position (10-20 hours per week).
The Intern – Marketing Operations will be expected to:
- Work with software vendors and Marketing team members to support Marketing systems and develop operational processes for different use cases.
- Document operational processes for the purpose of training others.
- Train Marketing team members of any new process and support their learning.
- Assist with reporting, presentation, and communication of actionable insights.
- Learn from cross-functional teams.
- Administrative tasks as necessary.
Required Skills
- Candidate must be a flexible self-starter who is able to work independently and focus on projects as well as work well with other team members
- Reliable and results oriented; ability to work well under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Comfortable with ambiguous information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Conversica, SalesLoft and/ or Business Intelligence Tools is a plus
Required Experience
- Excellent written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
- Passion for effective communication and utilizing various tools to deliver messaging.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with Analytical and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Undergraduate Junior/Senior with a marketing/business/analytics/computer major; GPA A/B+
Must be located in the Irvine, CA area in order to work from the Kofax Irvine corporate office.
