    Essential Functions & Duties

    The L&E Intern will be responsible for culture support through media creation, event coordination, the internal website, rewards and recognition program, internal marketing administration, and ad hoc administrative support.

    Responsibilities

    Navigate, edit, and update internal website to drive key messaging & initiatives.

    Support creation of training and internal videos for culture, beer education, safety, and onboarding.

    Support L&E team on various projects and initiatives on an at need basis.

    Work with team to effectively communicate culture initiatives and events across the company.

    Have an eye for visual/graphic design to create engaging visual pieces and infographics for internal website.

    Rewards & recognition program support.

    Administrative support for employee relations.

    Creation of HR training, policies and procedures, and processes for internal website.

    Administration of beer communication materials.

    Assist with tracking and completions reporting of training.

    Assist with Employment Training Panel tracking and data entry.

    Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Must be a current student BA/BS, or recent graduate in areas related to: marketing, business, communication, I/O psychology, or other related field.

    Requires strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with others.

    Strong writing skills.

    Highly organized and able to multi-task.

    Preferred: Experience with leveraging multimedia (graphics, audio, video) to effectivelycommunicate

    Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (excel, word, PowerPoint)

    Must be 21 years or older.
