    Essential Functions & Duties

    Gain understanding of utility process systems supporting the brewery operation (Compressors, Chillers, Boilers) from the electrical supply standpoint.

    Prepare as-built electrical schematics and drawings of existing utility systems (Supply, distribution and equipment)

    Determine capacity requirements for electrical utility systems and recommend necessary improvements to the system.

    Assist, as Project Engineer, the installation of 480V electrical service to the can line.

    Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Experience with creating electrical drawings (CAD based – AutoCAD)

    Experienced with electrical system design – Voltage and Current requirements

    Able to effectively communicate with brewery operations personnel and mechanical contractors – both written and verbal

    Must be able to execute several projects concurrently in fast paced and lean brewery environment

    Must be able to work out in plant, roll up sleeves and get hands dirty as necessary

    Must be able to work with minimal direct supervision – self-starter and resourcefulness required
