Position Summary
The Brewpub Server provides a dynamic and authentic Brewpub experience to guests following company-established procedures.
Essential Functions & Duties
Ensures an authentic beer and culinary experience for each guest by providing suggestions and samples for beer and food pairings strictly adhering to the Company’s hospitality philosophies and steps of service provided in training.
Maintains food and beer education through the information given in the Monthly Service Tools in regards to the Monthly Beer and Food Pairing, Beer Education, and becoming Level I Cicerone Certified- Certified Beer Server within 60 days of hire.
Exhibits a positive, professional demeanor while demonstrating optimistic warmth, intelligence, work ethic, and integrity to create authentic relationships with our guests and peers.
Assists teammates and demonstrates teamwork by consistently running food, running drinks, and performing running side work while leading by example for new employees and other team members.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High School diploma or equivalent.
Current Food Handler’s Card (if applicable by County regulations).
Ability to work a minimum of three shifts per week.
Honest and reliable, punctual and enthusiastic.
Successful completion of the Server training program and testing.
Experience with the ALOHA POS system preferred.
