Job Description

We are looking to hire a total of 4 office administrative assistants, Two will be assigned to our Producer Services Department and the other 2 will be for our Individual Life Underwriting & New Business Department.

Duties:

Update Excel spreadsheets, perform data entry, assist with procedures related to the agent contracting process (ensuring forms are completed, follow up, maintain accurate files) and provide customer service on the phone.

Assist with reviewing and ordering underwriting requirements, follow-up on pending items, assist with correspondence and update the system.

To be successful candidates need to be computer literate, have good attention to detail and have good communication skills.
