Kelly Services now hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst. Great direct hire opportunity in Houston! 

Talent will manage the sales cycle from invoice generation to cash collection. 

Duties:

 Generate customer invoices accurately  Work with AR manager to improve department processes to improve efficiency

 Set up new customer and manage the application process  Payment application of lockbox deposits, ACH and Wires Review of accounts receivable/unbilled aging reports 

 Send out statements to the customers Perform various collections duties on accounts including follow up emails, phone calls and maintaining

  Balance general ledger to sub-ledger monthly Qualifications 

  Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent education preferred

  5 plus years experience  Previous chemical experience Expertise with ERP System, (Chempax is plus)

 Full cycle accounts payable experience a plus
