KELLY SERVICES, in partnership with NISSAN NORTH AMERICA, is currently recruiting for Consumer Affairs Agents. These are outbound call center positions that are perfect for new college graduates and experienced call center representatives alike. PAY: $22.00/HOUR
This is a HYBRID ROLE with part-time remote and part-time in-office work required!
Nissan is currently offering a $2000 RETENTION BONUS payable at $1,000 after 3 months and another $1,000 after 6 months.
Employees are ELIGIBLE FOR QUARTERLY BONUSES UP TO $1,500 as well!
What does a typical day as a CONSUMER AFFAIRS AGENT look like? You’ll be:
Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, while acting with urgency in regards to Nissan vehicles
Working collaboratively with various departments to develop strategies or plans to provide appropriate solutions to the customer
Providing claim support to Nissan and Infiniti dealers by adjudicating warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate claim payment
This job might be an outstanding fit if you meet the following:
BACHELOR'S DEGREE IS REQUIRED (preferably in a business related field)
Excellent computer skills coupled with strong typing skills
Enhanced customer focused skills, willingness to engage, and address issues that may arise
Work experience in business, customer service, retail, or data entry
