YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Basic scheduling and phone support with an emphasis on customer service
• Assist patients, clinical professionals, and the general public in a call center environment
• Ensure data entries are accurate and complete
• Problem-solve while showing empathy
• Communicate well in straight-forward situations

THESE CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLES WOULD BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Customer service skills; call center experience is a bonus
• 1+ years of face to face or phone-based customer service work experience
• Proficient computer and typing skills
