    NOW HIRING FOR THE TAX SEASON! 3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT STARTING IN DECEMBER SECURE YOUR SPOT NOW! CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE II - Do you have a knack for customer service? Do you have a Technical Aptitude and want to learn more? Kelly Services has partnered with a tax software company in San Joaquin County Area and we are actively looking for qualified candidates to work in a customer service role this upcoming tax season. This person would be taking inbound calls from tax companies who need help with their tax software. COMPANY INFO: Our client supports a tax software used by tax preparation companies nationwide in a software form as well as a PC based versions. This location receives calls in excess of 1000 calls per day with an average call length of 9 seconds to 2 minutes, has taken as long as 3 hours.  

    POSITION: Technical Support Representative Shift: Hours are from 7AM-7PM 1st or 2nd shift working 5 days a week. Must be open to working on weekends it will rotate. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fun Friendly environment, on the phone at a sitting or standing desk, working on the computer the entire shift.  ALL TRAINING PROVIDED BUT A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WOULD POSSESS THESE SKILLS:

    • Multitasking and take multiple calls at the same time
    • Experience in tier one style trouble shooting is a plus
    • Take notes and convey info over the phone to the customer
    •  Speaking with a smile, with proper phone etiquette, and giving an excellent customer experience
    •  Familiar with using a PC: use of email, internet browsers, and printing
    • Professional conversations with non-consumer personnel on the phone or business owners
    • Prompt follow through and follow up with customer requests
    • File system navigation know how to find a file in My Documents
    • Dependable, detail oriented, and able to retain information
    •  Able to take constructive criticism and training on the go
