Dependent on the specific role, the Information Technology Business Partner Intern will have the opportunity to : Learn how IT works with the business to translate opportunities into technology solutions How data plays a key role across the business Business Requirement Gathering Agile Product Delivery Reporting Tools Tableau, Analysis for Office, Power BI , and G oogle Analytics Importance of an Outcome focus in an IT career path Opportunity to influence or lead large projects with outside experience How data analytics can be used to detect issues and gauge solution effectiveness Assisting in s tanding up digital capabilities and processes Leveraging vendor capabilities to optimize consumer experience Qualifications College student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Information Technology (with a Marketing interest) or Marketing (with a Technology background) or a related field with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher Previous relevant internship or related work experience Experience with Tableau or other data analytic tools Curiosity and drive to solve business issues with data ; Ability to analyze data and transfer into visual formats Self-motivated and able to hold self accountable for completing assignments Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Strong Communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Technical Aptitude with familiarity of agile methodology Solid knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week from May to August Transportation to work location A uthorized to work in the U.S. on a regular full-time basis Kimberly-Clark is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, pregnancy, genetic information, citizenship status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
