At our Avon, Ohio location, we are a full service supplier of metal stampings and welded assemblies for the automotive industry.  Our stamping capabilities range from 300-2000 tons with both progressive and transfer presses.  We have 8 pedestal welders, 14 dedicated weld cells, repacking, and hand assembly operations.  Come join our team and be a part of something big!

POSITION SUMMARY Supervises the activities of hourly colleagues to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity and delivery to assure internal and external customer satisfaction. Serves as a role model, leader, trainer and mentor to immediate staff members. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises, coordinates, and prioritizes activities of production personnel to meet customer, plant and management requirements.
• Ensures effective utilization of manpower to minimize overtime requirements. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
• Observes workers and machines to detect errors or malfunctions and orders corrective actions.
• Maintains production, quality, and time keeping reports and records accurately.
• Troubleshoots Production and Quality problems with Production, Tooling, and Quality personnel.

Required Skills

• Experience running a press 
• Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Required Experience

• Two to five years as a manufacturing supervisor preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, stamping, and/or assembly processes as required for the position.
