AGS, an RR Donnelley company, is looking for a summer sales intern.  If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the sales internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. This real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

Responsibilities will include:

Qualify marketing and sales leads and support prospecting initiatives and campaigns assigned.

Successfully pursue new customers through outbound calling strategies.

Leverage qualification knowledge to thoroughly qualify and identify new sales opportunities.

Assign qualified opportunities to appropriate sales representatives by capturing all relevant customer information and sales activities completely into the CRM system in order to advance the sales cycle

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's level degree.

Additional Qualifications

Outbound calling experience a plus.

Required Skills Required Experience

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS or equivalent 4 year degree is a requirement.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience administering and configuring one or more SaaS, cloud based platforms.
• Experience with B2B2C business models and configuration support challenges and demands.
• Technically savvy, skilled at configuring cloud based SaaS systems through no-code interfaces.
• Demonstrated analytical ability in identifying problems/trends, developing solutions and implementing effective courses of action especially in the areas of process and quality improvements.
• Leadership skills with the ability to direct activities of others both individually and within a project team setting
• Proven ability as a creative solution architect and implementer of new technologies/services/work process efficiencies
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, process driven
• Familiarity with HTML 5 and web design principle
• Skilled in Web based Content Management Systems
• Experience with multi-group/complex hierarchy configuration and inheritance concepts.
• Familiarity with corporate health and well-being programs is a plus, as is web design.
• Experience configuring SaaS, cloud based software packages at the administrative level is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, start-up within a large company environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and grow in the digital health and well-being space.
• Ability to multi-task with urgency and accuracy.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements.
