Join a passionate, experienced, and success-driven team as a Systems Analyst for Kitchen & Bath Americas Supply Chain. As a Systems Analyst, you will function as a subject matter expert for systems utilized in the distribution operations across the Kitchen & Bath Americas (KBA) network. Support systems configuration & implementation as part of major distribution network projects across KBA, as well as daily front line support and continuous improvement for existing sites. This role will also be a key liaison between KBA Logistics, Corporate IT & third party consulting partners to resolve larger system issues that require escalation. Specific responsibilities of the role include the following: -Serve as the super user for distribution systems, including JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Swisslog Warehouse Control System (WCS). Provide first-level support to the warehouse floor to resolve systems issues during daily operations. -Propose and implement enhancements to WMS to drive improvements in warehouse KPIs, focused on the areas of cost, quality, service, safety & sustainability. This role will own the execution of the identified configuration changes within the system to drive physical improvements on the warehouse floor. -Support the development, maintenance, and deployment of training materials for associates utilizing WMS. Lead train the trainer activities as needed, particularly during the initial go-live phases. -Manage security roles within WMS. -Participate in special projects, and provide support for other sites in Kitchen & Bath Americas network as needed. Skills/Requirements Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements: -Bachelors degree required, preferably in supply chain management, business administration, information systems or a related field. -2+ years of experience within supply chain (logistics, transportation, and warehousing) or warehouse/distribution systems required.
