Job Description

This company is a total design resource nationwide and is looking for YOU to join their legacy. This full time position has competitive pay and will be responsible for managing project deliverables, tracking timelines, communicating with overseas teams, and providing strong support when it comes to air and ocean logistics.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

PAY: $20-$25/hr

STATUS: Temp to hire

LOCATION: Buena Park, CA

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Manage and track project deliverables and timelines as well as communicate with project teams to keep them fully informed.
• Be the daily liaison between projects team and overseas team.
• Communicate with overseas factories to ensure productions schedules are delivered on time with accuracy to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Work with project team and logistic team to adjust schedules if necessary.
• Provide strong support to our team on matters including shipping (air and ocean), manufacturing, and lead time.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND STRENGTHS MAY INCLUDE:

• College degree is required.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English and VIETNAMESE (Preferably).
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and implement multiple and shifting tasks in fast-paced work environment.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and communication/negotiation skills.
• Able to work individually and as a team player.
