An excellent company in CYPRESS is looking for a REMOTE CONSUMER RELATIONS CLERK with strong knowledge SAP with EDI experience.
SUMMARY
This role involves data entry in SAP, processes of warranty claim submissions, and creates credit memos with high accuracy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
1. Process warranty claims submissions
a. Enter adjustment claim information in SAP to generate dealer credit memos.
b. Document /track carrier claim shipments
c. Essential review of "checklist" for errors
d. Maintain retention files in an orderly, easy-to-retrieve manner.
2. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

1. Effective writing skills and telephone etiquette, with a sense of urgency and a professional attitude, are essential.
2. Strong knowledge of SAP, especially in EDI processing
3. Ability to follow Company policies and safety guidelines.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years of experience in customer service/data processing. Tire or auto parts manufacturer experience in customer service, warranty, technical and/or consumer relations highly desired.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to internal and external customers of the organization.
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
STATUS: Long-Term Temporary 5 to 6 months
