This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a world leader in Automotive Seating. Our Internships offer a unique opportunity to learn how to become an engineer specialising in seating development. The internships will be based at our world class UK headquarters in Coventry, You will participate in the core engineering or project application team and learn what it takes to deliver best in class premium & sports automotive seating for a prestigious UK OEM. Unlike some internships, you’ll be involved in real projects and adding real value. All of our interns will work through a tailored development scheme and it offers the real possibility of a long term career with a market leader.

You will be exposed to all aspects of engineering required to deliver a seating project from concept to manufacture. You will be involved with component/system design and testing, innovation activities researching new concepts / materials / processes.

We are looking for a person who is excited by engineering, someone who has the confidence to not only generate new ideas but present them and deliver them to market. You need to be focus and driven, work well in a team, but able to work under minimum supervision. You will be part of a large team, so communication skills are critical, you will be expected to work closely with your team locally and globally. You will be working to tight deadlines, so you will need to be efficient and organised
