     WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS SPECIALIST – VALENÇA, PORTUGAL.

      

    We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, coupled with a high level of initiative and excellent communication skills to work in a challenging global supply chain environment. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your main reponsabilities will be:

    • Manage the physical flow and confirm that is the same as a system flow, open order, part number, process in the system, etc

    • Ensure all the movement did in SAP system

    • Optimize suppliers flows and control critical references stock and planification

    • Reduce risks in customer service, planning stocks levels, capacities and transports with suppliers

    • Create and manage the store from supplier in internal WH

    • Ensure non production line stoppage

    • Create strategic of storage in the new projects

    • Manage the problems with buyer service

    • Manage the difference the inventory in accounting cycling

    • Manage the differences the inventory in general wall to wall

     

    Required Skills

    • Degree in Engineering, logistic o similar.
    • Previous experience working in a manufacturing company.
    • High level of English.
    • Advanced in Excel and experience in ERP or other Industrial System.
    • 3 years’ experience in Logistics/procurement.
    • Experience dealing with suppliers.
    • Previous experience working in a manufacturing company.
