    An exciting opportunity has been created within Lear Corporation for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our European Recruitment Organization. Based out of our European HQ in Munich, and reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment for Europe and Africa and with a dotted line into the Recruitment Manager for Germany, the mission of the TAM will be to drive Lear’s Business Goals across your given locations by ensuring Lear hires the best talent in the region.

     

    AS TAM FOR SOUTH GERMANY, ITALY AND FRANCE YOUR DUTIES MAY INCLUDE (BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO)

     

    • Driving Hiring in Southern Germany, Italy and France through recruitment best practice
    • Reporting on market trends and hiring performance vs business forecast
    • Working with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop solutions to hire the best talent on the market
    • Driving the concept of Diversity in hiring through innovative and targeted marketing campaigns
    • Working with Central Functions to ensure a robust recruitment suppliers list is set up and managed for the region
    • Driving cost effective hiring solutions for the region

     

    Required Skills

    TO BE A SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE

     

    • A minimum of 4 years experience working experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for salaried vacancies
    • Ability to work under pressure to deliver hiring solutions
    • Strong Organizational skills with a proven record in being able to plan, present and track project activities
    • Excellent communication skills with a fluency in English, German, French and Italian is mandatory
