    We are searching for an experienced engineer for the position of NEW PROJECTS QUALITY ENGINEER (APQP). On this newly created, central position you will report to Senior Quality Manager New Projects and will be responsible for managing of new product implementation to obtain reliable products on time with the required quality, manufactured with capable means and processes for 11 plants across Europe Structure Division.

    YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

    • Plan, commence, execute and supervise assigned projects to meet the customer & internal requirements and deadlines
    • Contact with the customer in case of any problems related to the quality of the product
    • Preparation of PPAP and 8D reports; evaluation of critical features of components
    • Consideration of customer complaints within prototypes and pre-series phase
    • Analysis and implementation of specific customer requirements (CSR)
    • Acting as a member of the DFMEA and PFMEA team, support in the reduction of RPZ/RPN
    • Caring for clients' portals, preparing and conducting internal and external audits
    • Perform meetings with cross functional team members to review open issues
    • Preparation and participation in the acceptance of processes (2TP, PZS, Run@Rate)

     

    WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

    • Min. 3 years of quality management experience in automotive industry
    • Strong technical knowledge, ideally in metal processing
    • Practice in the field of APQP and PPAP management
    • Practical knowledge of quality tools: Ishikawa, 5Why, 8D, SPC, MSA I and II, Pareto analysis
    • Experienced in working with technical drawing
    • Fluency in English and Polish, German would be an advantage
    • Strong problem solving abilities including root cause, corrective/preventive actions
    • Outstanding communication skills coupled with leadership and strong customer focus and ability to work with all levels of the organization
    • Excellent and proven organization skills with the ability to work under pressure
    • Willingness to travel around Europe up to 50%
