Required Skills

For this position we are looking for a expert in production and manufacturing environments and Excel. As production engineer you would have awesome challenges working in a production automotive environment. 

The main tasks in this potition will be:

• Ensure the fulfillment of the industrial KPIS of production, effectiveness, setup, deviations, quality
• Actively participate in continuous improvement;
• Efficiently coordinate team
• Participate in improving plant safety
• Analyze the demands received from each client
• Analyze the productive capacity of each process
• Calculate the number workforce needed
• Coordinate human resources more efficiently
• LPAS realization
• Participation in interdepartmental meetings
• Compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Required Experience

• Industrial Engineer/ Supply Chain / Mechanical engineer
• Excel advanced is a must, Macros knowledge and able to use VBA
• 3 years experience as a production technician, in the
• automotive industry
• English  is a must and Spanish / Portuguese
• Lean Manufacturing, production management, Sap knowledge would be high appreciated
