Currently, for the new program, we are looking for a leader on the new
position of PROGRAM MANAGER.
Key responsibility is to lead the launch of new program from prototype
phase to SOP. He / She will steer and manage all internal aspects set up
of the program by driving the cross functional team to achieve the
program quality, financial and delivery objectives. Reporting directly
to Program Director.

YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- Manage the program, set up internal timing, distribute information
in cross-functional matrix organization and coordinate between
engineers, logistics, purchasing, quality, product design to match
internal requirements
- Regularly interact with functional teams and lead and manage open
issues among the decentralized locations
- Coordinate all prototype build, tooling, technical approvals
fulfilling the customer requirements
- Define workload and resource requirements in conjunction with
functional departmental managers to deliver on time and on budget
- Ensure all relevant Lear Corporation procedures are followed when
delivering the program
- Willing to travel occasionally within Europe (up to 20%)
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Proven Project / Program Management experience in automotive
industry
- Strong technical knowledge, ideally in metal processing / steel
structures
- Commercial / financial awareness
- Understanding of APQP processes and deliverable
- Seat and/or Interior Systems design and development experience will
be a plus
- Ability to motivate a team and drive problem resolution through
hands on approach
- Outstanding human relation skills evident in the ability to work
with the team and clear communication and execution
- Strong ability to give attention to details, as well as tested
organizational skills
