Part of the mission for the MP&L Manager is to ensure the highest safe working environment, 100% on time Delivery and achieve a cost reduction roadmap to meet the agreed forecast. To provide appropriate leadership direction to the logistics team in line with the Corporate and global best practices.

Responsible for major logistic processes in a Product / Business Group or division.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

• Supervises team leaders and supervisors of Logistic Quality, Distribution, Production Planning, Warehouse & Dispatching, Transports departments
• major decision making authority for logistics area
• continuous optimizing of logistic processes
• coordination the interface to other functional areas
• controlling the logistics budget and the key data as well as people management
