Finance Intern Location US-CT-West Hartford # Positions 1 Category Accounting / Finance Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Accounting Intern to join the Legrand Team in West Hartford, CT. The ideal intern will be a current college student or recent graduate (within a year) with knowledge and experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance. Must be available 2-3 days per week (average of 20-24 hours). What Will You Do? MAIN JOB DUTIES: Create and update process documentation in Accounting areas. Provide assistance to accounts payable/other general accounting areas. Assist with financial reporting analysis. Help with researching and compiling data for sales and use tax audits. Other finance and accounting projects as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills EDUCATION: Bachelors degree currently in progress SKILLS/KNOWELDGE/ABILITIES: Excellent interpersonal skills and financial acumen. Ability to run with a project with little guidance. Strong ability to analyze data and trends and make recommendations. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel (and other MS Office tools). Positive attitude. Ethics and values. Good presentation skills.
