Salesforce.com CRM Analyst _POSITION SUMMARY: _ The successful
candidate will work on enhancing global CRM activities, manage customer
requests and solve customer problems by providing a strong customer
focus, applying analytical skills and being solution oriented.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Define project scope and
document business requirements * Analyze data and business processes *
Design solutions that meet the needs of the business * Configure and
customize Salesforce to meet the internal customer requirements *
Provide internal CRM consulting to improve the business process to
driving growth * Create test scenarios and do solution testing *
Functional and technical support for Sales, Service and Marketing *
Process internal and external service requests * Configure reports and
dashboards in Salesforce * Prepare and conduct admin, power and end user
trainings * Project management and project documentation CRITICAL
COMPETENCIES / SUCCESS FACTORS * Demonstrates understanding of the
needs and expectations of internal customers * Shows a strong customer
orientation * Applies critical thinking when reviewing customer requests
- Builds relationships with internal customers and within team in a
global environment * Ensures high expectations for results * BA or BS
degree in a technically related field or equivalent technical work
experience. * 2+ years proven experience designing and developing
effective and efficient technology solutions using CRM applications *
Experience as Salesforce administrator or as Salesforce consultant
having strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration *
Salesforce certification would be a plus * Experience in Salesforce.com
development environment, including FORCE.com IDE, migration tools, SOSL,
SOQL and web services, Salesforce Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, Web
Services, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services and migration tools
- Successful project management experience * Proven effectiveness in
working with other associates in a global cross-functional team *
Capability to analyze and evaluate complex business processes * High
degree of independence and self-initiative * Good time management and
