We are currently seeking a Bilingual Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team in Lincolnshire, IL as part of the SolarTeam! Key Responsibility and Duties as Planning Analyst Work side by side and report to the Senior Operations and Planning Manager Create various reports and provide backup data for (both in Korean and English) daily, weekly, monthly and spontaneous reports Manage sales program (SPA, Price Protection, Volume Rebate) and budget for the Solar Team Conduct various meetings between Sales, Korea HQ, Factory, Shipping and CFO teams Overall, work as a Planning manager in a high demanding work environment, where most works need to be done in a timely manner, and often spontaneous reports and work will be needed Must be able to have knowledge and be able to work and aid in below SCM duties as well Create PSI (Purchase/Sales/Inventory) plans by SKU/account level and coordinate with Korea HQ/factory to insure production plans are aligned with the latest demand forecast Evaluate and maintain supply chain key performance indicators (ex: Moving Plan Achievement, Forecast Accuracy, DIO, Long-Term Inventory rate) and analyze variances initiating appropriate corrective action Utilize GDMi (Global Demand Management), GSCP (Global Supply Chain Planning) systems to generate factory production plans and update supply commitments to sales team Constantly share changes in supply plan, NPI/EOL schedules to sales team and proactively resolve supply issues Communicate with Sales Managers for project pipeline updates to make sure the latest volume and schedules are reflected in the PSI plan and registered in B2B GERP Participate in cross-functional efforts to enhance supply chain, order management and fulfillment activities Participate in weekly sales and operation planning (S&OP) meeting to review sales, forecast, sell-through performance and resolve issues and achieve weekly/monthly moving plan targets Analyze channel PSI, sell-out (POS) and inventory levels to provide appropriate suggestions Review customer orders for proper shipping windows and delivery appointments, work with order desk, logistics and load planners to insure maximum efficiencies for on-time/right-quantity delivery Plan, schedule and monitor all supply chain activities for key accounts and analyze sales forecasting, planning process for key customers Provide regular and critical analysis and communication with internal and external stakeholders on key performance indicators and order management and escalates issues as needed Complete complex customer specific reports to meet ongoing needs, including weekly sales reports, promotional analysis, reconciliation of forecast versus actual and data infrastructure) Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree is required 3 years of relevant corporate work experience. Need experience in working effectively and efficiently in a highly demanding work environment. Strong planning and reporting skills, for creating multiple reports in both Korean and English. Strong math and analytical skills, collaborative problem-solver; effective communications both internally (Sales, SCM, PM and order management), as well as external customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Power Point and Excel). Bilingual in English and Korean with strong communication skills across all levels.
