    Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is searching for a talented and experienced PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST to provide onsite support to our NASIC customer. Candidate must be self-motivated and work well with collaborative teams comprised of government and contractor personnel. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are a must. The candidate will be required to provide expertise in project management and product lifecycle methodologies to enable the ability to forecast, initiate, and assist in managing long term projects, as well as to implement and maintain a scheduling management system.

     

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to produce and provide reports and briefings to the customer
    • Candidate must have the demonstrated ability to work independently
    • Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project
    • Knowledgeable in the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology
    • Skilled with Microsoft Project, including the ability to design and develop schedules to identify variances from the baseline, establish predecessor link and dependencies, analyze critical path, evaluate project progress and performance, load and maintain resources, monitor task assignments, identify developing problem areas, generate graphical, visual, and customer reports, and create an Integrated Master Schedule project plan to consolidate multiple projects
    • Knowledgeable of ServiceNow software platform

    Required Skills

    • Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
