The Candidate will be exclusively demonstrating and monitoring employees in PICK TO PACK using demonstrated SOP training methods as per training operating procedures. The Candidate will be responsible for monitoring, following up, and working with department supervision on addressing and troubleshooting safe efficient, and effective certification of the temporary employees. The Candidate will be highly engaged in the Loreal EHS and Safety Policies. The Candidate will be required to deal in interpersonal and engagement issues with newly hired pickers in pick to pack. Must be a safety leader and set the safety example in the Loreal Safety Culture, Responsible for engaging in safe cultural practices and will set the safety example. Responsible for operating powered material handling equipment (MHE) Electronic Pallet Jack (EPJ) to move and stack merchandise. Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the mechanical equipment and may be required to perform individual Order Filler and Checker duties. Will Pick/Pack product and prepare products for shipment as required. Structure Reports to Manager/Supervisor. Skills * Professional interactive and customer service skills. * Ability to work for extended hours. * Excellent analytical skills with good attention to detail. * Ability to obtain L Oreal forklift certification. * Ability to shift priorities easily. * Ability to follow directions with emphasis on safety. Qualifications Education: High school graduate. Experience: 1 year experience in warehouse environment. Knowledge/Skills: Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math and write legibly.
