The Community Marketing Specialist will be focused on engaging and building lasting relationships with existing customers in a community environment. Manage all internal marketing requests from HR and similar departments that require branded items or flyers for events. External facing responsibilities will include being Luxer One's voice on our social channels, responding to comments as well as posting company updates. Other responsibilities include running our referral program, property updates and emails, customer/property giveaway contests, and assisting with vertical specific and event requests as needed. What you'll do: Responsible for the management of project timelines Ideate and coordinate with the marketing design and content teams Plan and execute community initiatives and programs Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies and track performance Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts Respond to customers in a timely manner on social platforms Work across multiple teams and communicate projects and dealines needed from other departments Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists Create an online Luxer One forum to increase brand awareness as well as join other forums as the voice of Luxer One Requirements Preferred: Practical knowledge of ad campaigns and online marketing Hands on experience with social media management Experience planning and leading community initiatives Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs Excellent verbal communication skills Creative writing skills Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills Benefits Luxer has got you covered!
