  • Responsibilities

    WR has a need for a Curriculum Developer that prepares supporting materials such as job aids, workbooks, manuals, and instructor guides.

     

     

    Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

     

    • Creates learning activities and course content to enhance knowledge retention and transfer based on specific direction.
    • Assists in determining content sequence and creating content outlines and treatment approaches for written, and visual content.
    • Supports identification and planning of appropriate instructional design strategies and objectives.
    • Supports development of performance criteria and assessment strategies and instruments.
    • Coordinates with instructional writers during preliminary project discussions to ensure appropriate content development.

     

    Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:  

     

    • Bachelor Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Writing, or relevant field.
    • Five (5+) years of experience developing curriculum in AIM CPM/LOM.
    • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.

     

     

    ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED.

  • Qualifications
    • 3-5 years of MRO Purchasing experience
    • Basic knowledge of MRO materials
    • Computer literacy – Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office and ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in the use of the SSI systems, or other Client systems.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; solid basic math skills
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
