    About the role

    Spanx is looking for a customer-focused, data-driven, and detail-obsessed Manager of Site Merchandising to join our E-Commerce organization. Sitting within the Site Merchandising team, this role is responsible for optimizing the digital experience and driving growth within Shapewear & Intimates.

    This person will play a key role in shaping how we present and position our iconic categories. They’ll lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance product discovery, drive conversion, and bring our brand stories to life. This person will serve as the primary liaison between Merchandising, Product Marketing, Brand, and Creative for the on-site Intimates experience and will oversee one direct report.

    This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires weekly in-office work Tuesday-Thursday , and reports into our Senior Director, Ecommerce Site Merchandising.

    • Own and manage the digital merchandising strategy, ensuring storytelling, collections, and navigation are cohesive, elevated, and optimized for business goals
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Marketing, Brand, and Creative to bring new launches, key campaigns, and seasonal strategies to life on-site
    • Continuously analyze and optimize category pages, product sequencing, filters, and site search results to improve discoverability, conversion, and AOV
    • Use data and insights to identify customer pain points and category opportunities, then translate findings into actionable site updates or tests
    • Partner with the Digital Product and UX teams to identify and implement enhancements to the site experience, particularly for sizing tools, fit education, A/B testing, and site personalization
    • Own and maintain a detailed calendar of site updates and launches
    • Manage and mentor direct reports, helping them prioritize, grow, and deliver strong results
    • Conduct regular audits of the competitive landscape and stay up to date on trends in the DTC ecommerce space
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    We require...

    • 5+ years of experience in site merchandising, ecommerce, or digital retail
    • Proven track record of optimizing digital experiences to drive engagement and sales
    • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, merchandising tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.)
    • Experience working closely with creative, brand, and merchandising teams to execute storytelling online
    • Comfortable using data to identify insights, develop hypotheses, and run A/B tests and personalization experiments
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proven people management and development experience
    • Passionate about the customer and deeply curious about how they shop, click, and buy
