    Job Description

    • Collaborate on and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across digital and traditional platforms, including paid social, paid search, and streaming media.
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of media campaigns by our digital agency, ensuring they align with business objectives, brand guidelines, and performance goals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute media plans effectively.
    • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, bid strategy, creative direction, and performance tracking.
    • Own the paid media learning agenda and testing roadmap, including A/B tests across creative, tactics, and ad formats to maximize efficiency.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
    • Use data and analytics to inform future media investments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    We require…

    • 5+ years of relevant paid media, digital advertising, and/or performance marketing; fashion or e-commerce experience is preferred.
    • Direct experience with paid media channels and platform knowledge (Meta, TikTok etc.); paid social and/or streaming expertise preferred.
    • Experience managing a performance marketing budget in the 8-figures.
    • Strong analytical skills including Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and attribution modeling, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Passion for innovation, testing, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
    • A results-obsessed individual who sets and meets high standards, works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way and consistently achieves project goals.
