Qualifications
We require…
- 5+ years of relevant paid media, digital advertising, and/or performance marketing; fashion or e-commerce experience is preferred.
- Direct experience with paid media channels and platform knowledge (Meta, TikTok etc.); paid social and/or streaming expertise preferred.
- Experience managing a performance marketing budget in the 8-figures.
- Strong analytical skills including Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and attribution modeling, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Passion for innovation, testing, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
- A results-obsessed individual who sets and meets high standards, works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way and consistently achieves project goals.
- A strategic thinker who adopts a broad perspective and demonstrates a proactive approach in addressing challenges and envisioning innovations to drive progress.
- Strong initiative: someone who accepts and tackles demanding goals with enthusiasm.
