    • Excels at written and oral communication by synthesizing highly technical and key collection or product details and translating it into clear communication for cross-functional teams to understand and action against.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Feels comfortable soliciting, hearing, and considering other department and team’s feedback and perspectives to help inform strategies, key decisions, and next steps on projects.
    • Market Research and Trends: Conducts market research and competitor analysis to help identify trends, consumer needs, competitive positioning, marketing campaigns, and translates those insights into actionable strategies.

    • 4+ years of relevant Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, and/or Brand Strategy experience.

    • Delivering Results: Focuses on understanding and addressing customer needs; sets high standards for work quality and quantity; delivers high productivity in a focused and timely manner; structures and prioritizes work activities; shows commitment to the organization.
    • Adaptability: Adapts well to ambiguity, change, and different cultures; finds positive opportunities in these circumstances.
    • Strategic Thinking: Thinks broadly and considers important issues that impact success today and in the future; develops strategies to achieve critical outcomes; proactively seeks opportunities to introduce change.
