CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bottcher America Corporation, a leading Manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing world class service by processing incoming orders and resolving inquires in a courteous and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will possess:
· 3 years previous success in a customer service role preferred
· Superior troubleshooting skills and ability to think “outside the box” to solve customer problems
· Excellent listening and communication skills
· Accurate data entry
· Ability to multi-task and succeed within strict deadlines
· Strong detail organization
· Provide a professional company image through phone interaction
· Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision
· Pleasant phone manner
· SAP experience a Plus
·Spanish speaking preferred
