Designing world-leading power systems is one thing. Seeing them through to fruition is something else entirely, and that’s where our Manufacturing Engineering team comes in. Our Manufacturing Engineer role will prepare you for a career like no other and you can expect to gain an end-to-end knowledge of manufacturing engineering. That knowledge will be gained as you work on live projects for three, multi-month placements within our teams who introduce new products, develop and implement new technology and focus on continuously improving products and processes, either within our manufacturing plants or our external supply chain.
Our goal is to provide experiences that provide a breadth of exposure to the many facets of manufacturing engineering and internal networks from shop floor to management or our external supply chain to help you navigate exciting and purposeful career opportunities. Through coaching, mentoring and training with both our best technical and business leaders, you will develop the necessary technical and behavioral skills to leverage a toolbox of experiences, skills and leadership for success and growth.

Minimum GPA: 3.0
