As a Manufacturing Engineering co-op, you will gain exposure to technical challenges and can drive impact in areas such as: safety leadership, process improvement, productivity, waste elimination, and total productive maintenance.
INTERNSHIP/CO-OP DESCRIPTION
Engineering Co-ops are placed at an Owens Corning manufacturing plant for approximately 16 weeks during the term. Throughout this time, the participant is mentored by seasoned technical professionals and completes assigned project work. Projects will provide participants with direct experience on the technical challenges found in the manufacturing setting and will be in the areas of:

Outstanding participants may be offered full-time employment in one of Owens Corning’s Manufacturing focused Early Career Development Programs at the conclusion of their experience, to commence following graduation. The Manufacturing Leadership Program is used to recruit and develop technical and operations leaders for Owens Corning.
