    Our manufacturing engineering team is looking for a detail-orientated individual looking to work in a fast-paced environment. Our team works hands-on with our multi-production line facility and cross-functionally with internal customers.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Videotape line processes and upload into Timer Pro.
    • Create work instructions and standard work.
    • Present findings and lessons learned to management at the end of the internship.
    • Assist in gathering and analyzing manufacturing-related issues/improvements.
    • Design tooling or processes to improve safety, ergonomics, and increase manufacturing productivity
    • Works with Manufacturing Engineering department to create, review and update procedures

    EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

    • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
    • COVID-19 vaccines will be required for all newly hired Carrier U.S. Salaried employees
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Self-driven and proactive
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
    • Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects

    EDUCATION

    • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, majoring in Mechanical Engineering
    • GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA
    • Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred
