    Saint-Gobain Tape Solutions offers innovative products for bonding, protection and isolation to the automotive, aerospace, energy, construction, electronics, medical, and general industry sectors.

    As a Marketing Communications Intern, you will play a hands-on role in supporting global brand consolidation and digital marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with the MarCom team to create, update, and publish engaging content across websites, blogs, press releases, and social media channels, helping to drive brand awareness and communicate the value of our master brands. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and project management skills are essential.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Coordination and execution of key digital priorities, which include but are not limited to marketing automation, email marketing, SEO, website optimization, social media, PPC and more
    • Assist in brand consolidation projects including documentation updates, website updates, blog creation, press releases, and master brand content.
    • Develop and publish content for social media channels, asset library, and company websites.
    • Create and edit photography and video assets for use across digital platforms.
    • Support Digital Marketing Manager on website updates, SEO, and campaign execution.
    • Collaborate with Design Specialist on visual assets using InDesign.
    • Leverage digital marketing expertise to make proposals for digital marketing activities that are in alignment with larger global Marketing Communications strategy and support lead generation and brand awareness goals
    • Ensure all campaigns and activities are in alignment with corporate and business brand standards

    IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS

    • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field.
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring a sense of urgency and an understanding of changing priorities with an emphasis on results, while providing support for the team through your diplomacy 
    • Knowledge of relevant software and technology platforms including but not limited to, Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Pardot, InDesign, search engines, and Salesforce
    • Knowledge of Drupal CMS Platform preferred
    • Must have high energy, creativity, confidence, passion for the job, decisive eye for detail, exceptional teamwork and communication skills, and an eagerness and drive to keep up with new technologies and training
    • Adept at writing, speaking, and building interpersonal relationships, including internationally
    • Demonstrated excellent communication skills utilizing strong listening skills and a logical, systematic approach to assimilating and sharing information in all areas 
    • Experience with website publishing platforms (e.g., Drupal CMS, WordPress).
    • Strong skills in social media content creation and publishing.
    • Photography and video creation/editing abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

    Summer Intern Focus:

    Brand Consolidation Project

    • Updating and publishing of technical data sheets to align with new master brand strategy
    • Support the design of new templates and visuals to best promote our master brands
    • Content & visual updates on the existing website product pages impacted by the consolidation
    • Update existing and support the development of new BLOG content 
    • Creation of video content around our 3 master brands
    • Digital template design/ creation to streamline relaunch of brand strategy
