USA, Louisville, KY JOB POSTING TITLE Marketing Coop - Usability & Market Insights THE CHALLENGE In this assignment, the coop will work closely with and have responsibility for projects across the Consumer & Market Insights team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work collaboratively to support the Consumer & Market Insights team
• Analyze and understand consumer pain points, online reviews, needs and gaps to guide product design
• Design, execute and analyze usability testing to drive user-centered design
• Guide and optimize the process for New Product Introductions
• Develop key reports to provide business leaders with clarity
• Drive special projects as needed

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Students only. Must be a current full-time student pursuing a psychology, marketing, economics, business analytics or business-related degree preferred
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Tableau desired
• Demonstrated skills in relationship building and facilitation
• Strong process management and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task
• Must be willing to work at least 20 hrs/week; ability to work flexible hours ranging from 20-40/week is ideal
• This is a 12-month coop assignment located in Louisville, KY; student must be willing to commute daily or as scheduled

Most positions are located in Louisville, KY (our Corporate HQ). Assignments are also available in Camden, SC; Decatur, AL; LaFayette, GA; Selmer, TN. Housing and relocation assistance is available for eligible students.
