JOB DESCRIPTION:

At GAF, we’ll make sure you get going on your very first day with a comprehensive orientation into our company. In our program you will have the opportunity to own your own projects, participate in meetings, and work cross-functionally with other departments.

GAF is looking for a Product Management/Marketing Intern. The ideal candidate for this role is majoring in Marketing, Product Management, Communications, Business The intern would be responsible for assisting the Product Management team with daily tasks and auditing advertising.

JOB DUTIES:

• Audit product samples, sample labels and work with Product management to insure that they are still good quality, up to date and if not, start process for updating

• Website audit of pages for broken links

• 3rd party web presence - assist in audits and updating product information, follow up with vendor

• Product Management training and SOP’s - Take existing files, create new, and gather more to assist in the writing of SOP’s for marketing processes - People Soft, Google, Tableau, TMI, The Research one, Trello, Work Front, Monday.com, . Organize. Develop.

• Item Code audit - assist product managers in insuring all product item codes should still be active

• Work with Building Science to catalog all AIA presentations, numbers and create a space to house the master files, paperwork, training documents.

• Attend calls and assist with daily tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skills are all necessary as is the ability to operate in a team. The successful candidate must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and an anticipated graduation date between December 2023 and May 2025.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, without visa sponsorship now and in the future.

All GAF internship roles are paid at an hourly rate, however, there are no benefits associated with these positions. Candidates are expected to work 37.5 hours per week over the summer. Transportation, F-1 and HB-1 visa sponsorship will not be provided in association with these positions.
