    Job Information

    Drive stability within the supply chain by generating the build schedule and master production schedule to meet customer delivery schedules, order delivery plans and company financial targets. Generate analysis that address forecast gaps and support collaboration amongst all key stakeholders in order to meet customer expectations and business goals based on root cause and key metrics. Represent and report out on the Master Production Schedule and Rolling Monthly Build Plan in multiple meetings.

    Role & Responsibility

    • Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule including a monthly build forecast based on demand requests and internal/external capacities by model for the identified period.
    • Generate a Master Production Schedule in the Manufacturing Execution System (i.e., APRISO, EBC) or directly in Oracle to achieve a linear by model by demand class forecast by month end that drives stability within the supply chain.
    • Manage discrete jobs in Oracle by creating the discrete jobs, redating or cancelling jobs when needed and monitoring that the jobs close properly.
    • Participate in meetings by providing accurate, up to date supply information that impacts the regional allocations, master production schedule or build forecast.
    • Update build constraint data in SWI's and capacity section of supply plan.
    • Adjusting Demand Class order allocation and the override process for shipping between regions where applicable.
    • Monitor the number of orders needed by Demand Class and communicate shortfalls within the scheduling period.
    • Manage fluctuations or emergencies in demand/orders to maintain a level schedule as well as fluctuations or emergencies in component constraints.
    • Monitor the off-lines and communicate # of days off-line in order to help support timely delivery based on customer expectations.
    • Measure daily/monthly key performance indicators to drive stability within the supply chain.
    • Root cause analysis of various issues relating to MRP, demand planning & Orders. Work closely with key stakeholders to not only resolve issues but put controls in place to prevent them from re-occurring.
    • Option take-rate analysis to provide recommendations on changes needed to support production.
    • Ad-hoc analysis of issues or scenarios to provide feedback/recommendations that align with constraints within the supply chain or factory.
    • Attend weekly NPD meetings in relation to projects within area of master scheduling focus. Update SIOP NPD reports and validate dates on supply plan.
    • Perform weekly MRP adjustments needed based on monthly build progress & scheduling results. Communicate to key stakeholders the adjustments that are being made for the MRP run.
    • Support site lead during the DBPS evaluation cycle.

    Job Requirement

    • Education Required: Bachelor's Degree.
    • 5+ years' experience with scheduling and production planning in an ERP environment.
    • Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and MES systems such as APRISO or EBC.
    • Knowledge of construction equipment and industry is a plus.
    • Must be available to work after hours in order to support changes to the schedule.
    • Strong decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of motivation and sense of urgency.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and in a manner that supports the business.
    • Travel Required: 10 - 20%.
