As an Engineering Intern, you will:

• Receive personalized goals and projects that track directly to the needs of the business and allow you to have a hand in key company initiatives.
• Metallurgical lab work including material characterization, Failure analysis and technical writing.
• Collaborate on cross functional teams in order to design, develop and implement various engineering projects.
• Drive continuous improvements and problem solving for engineering roadblocks
• Build upon your key materials laboratory skill and materials processing knowledge.

• Academic Pursuit: On track to attaining a 4 Year Degree in Materials or Metallurgical Engineering
• Academic Excellence: Minimum of a 3.0 GPA
• Past Experience: Familiarity with, Metallurgical Laboratory Equipment, Materials Processing such as heat treatment, forging, metal stampings, plastic injection molding, die-casting processes.
• Solution driven: Ability to solve real world engineering problems and apply active process improvement methods
