Schedule Monday - Friday, flexible work schedule with hours varying between 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (expected to work approximately 20 hours per week during school year and up to 40 during summer months and school breaks). Job Summary * Participate in designing and developing classroom and E-learning sales training for the Field Sales Organization (FSO) * Provide assistance with the planning and design of apps for the FSO * Test newly developed apps and training to ensure the standards are met * Establish and maintain a quality relationship with team members * Be active in learning new tools and skills for the development of future sales tools and training for the FSO * All other duties as assigned Required Qualifications * Current enrollment in a bachelors or masters degree program from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study * Junior, Senior or Masters student * Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and follow through on creative and technical tasks * Ability to clearly document procedures, problems, solutions, etc. * Strong problem-solving, trouble-shooting and analytical skills * Proven ability to design functional and aesthetic training materials * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision * Ability and willingness to learn new tools and skills * High level of initiative and drive Preferred Qualifications * 3.0 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale * Bachelors or masters degree in Education, Technology, Business, Communications or Graphic Design * Experience in giving presentations or delivering training * Experience in graphic design or formatting layouts * Experience in developing content for online learning * Experience in videography or video editing Benefits * Competitive pay scale * 401(k) with matching contributions * Direct deposit payroll * Credit Union * Exercise and recreation facility Please note: Spare and limited and provisional employees (including interns) are not eligible for some company benefits.
