This is an opportunity to contribute to the creation of a Corporate Leadership Development Program as well as other Organization Development efforts. Schedule Monday - Friday, flexible work schedule with hours varying between 8:00 a.m.nbsp;- 5:00 p.m. (expected to work approximately 20 hours per week) Job Summary * Participate in the design and development of a Corporate Leadership Development Program. * Conduct job analysis for leadership roles to identify job/role competencies, including creating and administering surveys, conducting interviews, and facilitating focus groups. * Assist in workforce planning for leadership roles. * Assist in the creation of E-learning, coursework, and other methods of leadership learning and development. * Participate in other OD initiatives including test validation studies, support for employee selection processes, creating process metrics, etc. * All other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications * Current enrollment in an Industrial/Organizational Psychology graduate level degree program from an accredited college or university. * Completion of a Bachelors Degree in psychology, human resources, business, or related field of study. * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to complete statistical analysis with a variety of data sets. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to gather information, draw logical conclusions and present recommendations. * Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and follow through on tasks. * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision * Ability and willingness to learn new tools and skills * High level of initiative and drive Preferred Qualifications * Experience creating appropriate methods and implementing job analysis for specific jobs and roles. * Experience creating E-learning and other types of training content. * Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
