SUMMARY – BASIC FUNCTION OF THE ROLE
Responsible for the for the management and growth of the Specialty Services offering, with a key focus on Leak Sealing (MORSEALTM Injected Sealant Enclosures, Split Sleeve Repair Clamps, and Composite Wrap Repair) and MorSafeTM Hot Bolting and Online Flange Integrity service solutions. Collaborate with regional commercial teams, operations, product management team members, and product CoE's, in order to commercialize the online repair service offering, to identify new business development initiatives/opportunities, and potential adjacent markets.
Support specific regional initiatives in expanding the geographic coverage in deploying the aforementioned online repair product offering.
Re-invigorate/re-engage the previously explored North Sea Decommissioning sector/space, with a view to how this now fits the new Enerpac business offering.
Will have Product Specialist(s) reporting to them that will have direct account and channel support activities.
This position will report directly to the Global Services Development Director

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA degree in Business, Engineering, relative technical field or equivalent previous experience. MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of minimum of five years’ experience in a marketing and/or sales role; experience or high exposure to industrial products in international markets is strongly preferred; experience in one of the following vertical market is preferred (Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Infrastructure, Mining); international work experience in preferred; sustained record of self-motivated industrial/manufacturing sales or marketing achievements. Experience assisting in selling and promoting products in the field. Experience gathering Voice of Customer from end users.
