immediate opening for a Product Support Associate in the Lab and Diagnostic Division located in our corporate office in Northfield. This individual will provide general department support to the product and sales teams, primarily with regards to managing evaluation and trial samples. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a solid education or background in sales support or customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a roll-up your sleeves attitude. The challenging responsibilities of the position include: * Assist the product and/or sales team as required. Duties may include: coordinating the flow of sample requests from reps, placing sample orders, labeling/re-labeling product, and packing/re-packing items. May require coordinating with the sales rep, customer and/or manufacturer. * Responsible for the proper receipt, stocking and organization of product samples, including all necessary components and literature. * Identify issues on behalf of the product and sales teams. Escalate issues to the product or sales team. * If time allows, manage the penny meter releases for the division.
