We are looking for a Full-Time Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner with experience as part of an HR team who knows their way around a variety of human resources areas including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, leaves of absence and safety. We provide competitive pay starting at $14.40/Hr and up depending on experience. Partners with HR team members and facility leadership to utilize HR best practices in all aspects of team member relations including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, counseling, and conflict resolution. Provides administrative support to complete paperwork and recordkeeping processes associated with the various human resources functions to maintain a high level of productivity, accuracy, and quality in relation to all work performed. Qualifications Bachelors degree in psychology, human resources, business, or related degree or relevant work experience. Minimum of 1-year experience in human resources support role. Demonstrated knowledge of basic human resources functions. Experience with employee relations and maintaining a positive work culture. Previous experience in manufacturing or distribution center helpful. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels within organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking ability. Self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
