Our organization's Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Drug Metabolism (PPDM) Department has an opening in Kenilworth for a laboratory scientist in the Regulated Immunogenicity Bioanalytics group. The main responsibility is implementing and utilizing ligand binding assays to support and contribute to the Vaccines and Biologics therapeutic area. As a member of the PPDM Regulated Immunogenicity Bioanalytics Group, you will become part of a dedicated, creative team that investigates novel therapeutic avenues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Implementing and validating ligand binding assays on a variety of platforms in a regulated environment for characterization of biologics and vaccines immunogenicity. -Ensuring the timely delivery of high quality clinical bioanalytical data. -Ensuring high quality documentation of laboratory processes and data to ensure compliance with existing regulation and departmental SOPs. -Contribute to finding solutions to problems related to the application of bioanalytical methods. Qualifications Education Minimum Requirement: -Bachelors Degree in the Life Sciences with a minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory research in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry OR -MS Degree in the Life Sciences Required Experience and Skills: -Highly developed laboratory and technical skills demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail. -Strong organizational skills -Hands-on experience in the utilization of quantitative bioanalytical assays in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry. -Ability to multi-task in a highly dynamic environment and flexibility to work in a fast-paced team in a professional and pleasant manner. -Good verbal and written communications skills and an ability to excel in a team based environment.
