Our Opening and Your Responsibilities The Service Operations Intern role is designed to support the activities in process within the US Service Operations team to achieve the group's objectives. Ideal candidates are well-rounded with university coursework and potentially professional experiences. Within this role, you will: Conduct studies and propose improvements to the overall process flow and information requirements based on Lean Manufacturing principles Create and utilize data analysis to support service operations team Perform time studies and develop time standards Create and update documentation for standard of work Evaluate communication and information flow within office operations Create process documentation Apply principles of a visual workplace Support revitalization of CAR system Support implementation of Operational Customer Experience initiative Utilize root cause analysis techniques to support resolution of complaints and identification of improvement opportunities What You Need to Succeed Must be pursuing a (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university. Applicable fields of study include Business or Engineering. Proficient-to-advanced M/S Office skills including Excel, Access (or other database) Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. The ability to use presentation skills is also beneficial for the delivery of logistical and informational aspects of training. Excellent follow-through, ability to meet deadlines, decision making and multi-tasking skills, and excellent communication skills. Initiative/self-motivation and creativity.
