Operate inkjet, laser, xerographic or offset duplicating printers. RIP files or review job instructions to prepare jobs for printing.  Maintain daily print job production logs and daily delivery manifests.  Setup, program and release jobs from print queue.  May adjust image position, perforations and folds on paper.  Monitor quality of job output for correctness and image quality.  Order supplies such as ink, chemical solutions, blankets and rollers, paper, tabs and other items as needed. Maintain inventory levels.

 Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment.  Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment.  Typically, the adjustments performed at this level are routine and the need for such adjustments are readily apparent.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Must have minimum 6 months experience operating digital print equipment
• Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
• Good math skills and mathematical aptitude required
• Physical requirements include: standing for long periods of time, pulling and pushing up to 30+pounds, reaching, grasping, and kneeling
• Knowledge of basic computer operations is required.

• Advanced degree (Master’s level or higher) in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or other highly quantitative discipline is required
• Thorough understanding of probability and statistics, econometric time series analysis and similar
• Expertise in theory and practice of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing
• Requires strong programming skills
• Experience with tools such as R Programming, Python, etc.
• Knowledge of big data platforms such as Hadoop, Cloudera, MapR, etc.
• Ability to facilitate discussion, drive consensus, and build partnership
• Ability to produce high quality work products under pressure and within deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
• Ability to construct an approach/plan for the execution of priorities
