Date: Mar 19, 2018 Location: Boise, ID, US Company: Micron Req Id: 115121 As a DRAM Process Integration Intern in the Process and Device Research and Development group at Micron Technology Inc., you will be responsible for helping to develop a module for the next generation DRAM technology node. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Develop, maintain and improve one or more process module including design rules, structural and electrical specifications, as well as help develop and document alternative integration flows * Optimize existing process flows and develop creative solutions to meet product requirements * Extract, monitor, analyze, and react to inline data, param data and probe data to fix yield issues, performance, reliability, and add process margin and reduce costs * Summarize complex problems, derive, explain actions taken to address them and drive team to execute * Ensure timely documentation of the R&D activities in your module for transfer to Manufacturing Qualifications: Successful candidates for this position will have: An interest in Semiconductor Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or an education background in semiconductor fabrication with strong electrical background. * Highly Motivated * A good understanding of statistics. * Solid communication and reporting abilities. * Desire to work in and with Highly Functioning Teams Education: Candidate must be working towards a PHD in Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent).
